Nigerians have reacted to a current video of President Mohammadu Buhari after Democracy Day speech on Friday, June 12, 2020.
Buhari had made a broadcast by 7:00 A.M which was circulated through National Television Authority to mark twenty-one years of uninterrupted Democracy in Nigeria.
Part of the video message which has made way to social media is currently being scrutinized by Nigerians that the supposed Buhari appears young and fair enough in complexion.
This is coming week after Nobel Laureate, Prof Wole Soyinka remarked during a press briefing with Newsmen that Buhari is not in charge of Aso Rock and Nigeria as a whole.
A twitter handle @intelligentana3 in a reply to post shared by @SaharaReporters exploded in anger, said if Buhari is alive let him grant live broadcast on TV instead of recorded video.
@Akmonabiodun said Buhari’s way of expressing shock over situations under his watch depicts not the one in charge at Aso Rock.
@TheVariesblog take a swipe on the President, noting that the televised speech by NTA was not live but a pre-recorded copy.
@Theboyisgreat warned the President to halt ‘raping’ the country adding that Nigerians deserve one who absorbs shocks than President who is not aware of unfolding events under his watch.
Meanwhile, the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has intensified call that Nigerians should not be deceived into believing the man in Aso Rock is President Mohammadu Buhari.
Kanu said Buhari lost his life during a medical trip to London in 2017 and subsequently was replaced by an impostor, Jubril Al Sudanese.
However, the IPOB leader revealed further, noting that in March 2020 both the body double, Jubril, Vice President, Yemi Osinbanjo died alongside late Chief of Staff, Abba Kyari of COVID-19.
He added that Chief of Army State, Tukur Burutai has also died after being affected by the deadly virus, Corona.
Kanu warned that Aso Rock is empty but currently being managed by Aisha Buhari, who since Jubril’s departure, hired her boyfriend and has been having a clash with cabals.
Recall, the President’s ally, Buba Galadima had as well made a similar remark that the man in Aso Rock is not the Buhari he knew.
In a separate report, Aisha Buhari has called on Inspector General of Police to release his office assistance under his custody.SOURCE: Scannews24.com
