Video of Acclaimed corpses of ESN members Killed by soldiers surfaces (Watch)
A disturbing clip of acclaimed killed members of the Eastern Security Network has surfaced on social media.
The video, retrieved by #Scannews24 shows at least eleven breathless bodies lying on the floor said to have been shot by joint security agents.
Soldiers and police said to have been deployed earlier in the week within Ariaria and environ in target rampaging unknown gunmen.
This comes on heels following series of attacks on police stations and checkpoints by the yet to be ascertained armed men, killing over twenty police officers.
The attacks which majorly took place by night fall were recorded in Aba, Imo, Anambra, Ebonyi, and the Akwa Ibom States respectively.
The drafted Nigerian security personnel said to have launched a sudden attack on the criminals in a camp during the night time and eleven persons lost their lives.
However, IPOB in a statement on Wednesday disassociated ESN said the victims were innocent Nigerians within the scene.
A close source to IPOB who briefed #Scannews24 over the incident described the reports as “pure lies” adding the ESN volunteered members are mainly on a uniform and do not camp in the urban city but bushes.
