Traditionalists invokes deity against cultists, killers, sponsors in Asaba (Video)
Traditionalists, and top elderly people in Ahaba, Asaba Delta State have invoked the gods of the land against killers and trouble mongers in the community.
The elders, seen in native attires, decried the incessant killing of innocent youths and residents by suspected cultists within Asaba.
The ritual activity condemned any attempt by any indigene instigating or planning to kill a brother, sister, or even a resident in the neighborhood adding that anyone in such alliance will be struck dead by the gods.
The clip which was streamed on Facebook yesterday, 27 July by a profile, Obanya Chuchu, warned strictly against fermenting of trouble and discord amongst brothers and tenants.
The deity will be on the watch against sponsors of crime, killings in Asaba, and anyone finds on the net would lose his life and the entire family.
The statement over the video read partly in pidgin: “Anyi na ndi youth Ahaba, we all come out today to say no cultism. We’re saying no to killings happening in Asaba. Make our brother no kill anybody our brother again. Make any of our brother no kill anybody body wey be resident wey dey stay here wey be our tenant.
“We want to dey live in peace the wey we dey live before. If you know say na you dey come kill people for Asaba here you don see as ebi sooo.
“Them say this ofor wey them carry come here go kill you, kill your family (all your family), no one go remain. The ones wey dey send money e go still kill you, kill your family. Video
