Tinubu Slumps in Kaduna’s 11th Arewa lecture series (video)
Former governor of Lagos State and leader of All Progressive Congress, APC, Ahmed Tinubu reportedly slumps during a meeting in Kaduna State on Saturday.
Viral footage sighted by #Scannews24 showed Tinubu at the 11th Annual Arewa House Lecture Series held in Kaduna staggered to regain balance before a number one person within supported him up.
This has triggered controversy amongst Nigerians following a presidential move by the APC leader despite his age concern.
Many who have commented on the clip suggests Ahmed Tinubu withdraw from his interest to contest the 2023 presidential election.
Others expressed dissatisfaction with President Mohammadu Buhari’s led administration which appears to be hampered by his age.
However, some Nigerians have counted negative views against the former Governor noting the incident was just a mere misstep and too minor to criticize his age and presidential ambition.
Whichever way, we believe Nigerians deserve better and need a leader who can be technologically sophisticated to help push the country to expect economic height.
Nigeria needs to surpass ethnic compromise, nepotism, and godfatherism. There are capable personalities fit to occupy the number one position in view to tackle a lot of challenges facing the country.
Over years now, the country has faced insecurity, unemployment, underdevelopment, ethnic bigotry, and many more issues that need a young man to handle.
