Tension As Police flogs residents with machete in Aba (Video)
Nigeria Police personnel are torturing residents in Aba, Abia State, forcing both male and female passersby to engage in frog-jump.
In a retrieved video circulated on social media indicates over five police officers stationed in a particular area stopping Nigerians who are sighted going about their business.
The officers, who appeared brutal, used a machete to flog perceived defaulters.
The ugly incident occurred at MCC by Umuojima Road on Tuesday over a burnt station.
According to the commenter, who accidentally covered the footage, Divisional Police Headquarters Abayi Aba was set ablaze by unknown hoodlums on Monday night.
