Nnamdi Kanu has called on Nigerians bothered over the government’s refusal to sack the Minister of Communication, Isa Pantami, to quit complaining and take action.
Over two weeks on Nigerians have expressed worry over the disturbing link between Pantami and terrorists called for his resignation.
Findings show the minister had made direct and indirect statements indicating support to some foreign and local terrorist organizations.
Responding to the wide-ranged call, the president’s aide Garba Shehu noted the Pantima will not be sacked, said the statement was made a long time ago would be used against him.
Shehu argued that the minister’s stance on terrorists has changed in the cost of time.
Reacting on Saturday, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Kanu blamed electorates for reelecting President Mohammadu Buhari despite his stance for Boko Haram and Fulani Herdsmen.
He further advised to take action and stop complaining over Isa as Nigeria’s situation gets worse.
In his words: “They stood with Boko Haram, you elected them. Once in office, they stood with terrorist Fulani herdsmen, yet you re-elected them.
“Now, they’re pampering Bandits while backing terrorist @DrisaPantami, and all you do is complain. It will soon get worse.
Quit complaining. Take action”
