The leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has commended the Oodua groups for an open letter addressed to the Northern elders and Sultan of Sokoto regards to invasion of rampaging armed fulani Herdsmen to their land.
In a post on his official Facebook page (mazinnamdikanu), the IPOB leader said this is the first time he would agree with the Yoruba groups.
Kanu prayed to Almighty “Chukwu Okike Abiama” (God) to grant the Yoruba elders and youths the “heart of steel” to enable them accomplish their project regardless of monitary inducement, tribulation mainly the promise of 2023 presidency by federal government.
He further assured the Oodua groups IPOB’s support as much they remained serious, determined and committed in their quest to set thier oppressed people free from Nigeria to Oodua Republic.
Kanu, also appealed to people of Middle belt to take same bold step in nearest days to help “set the stage for the real #Revolution”.
In his words: “For once, I agree with this bold declaration by the Oodua Group. Sowore’s incarceration is beginning to yield much-needed dividend. My prayer is for God Almighty Chukwu Okike Abiama to grant our Yoruba friends the heart of steel to see this project through regardless of the tribulation, monetary inducement or promise of presidency in 2023.
“As long as they remain determined, serious and committed to freedom for the Oduduwa Republic and all oppressed nationalities trapped in Nigeria, they will have the unalloyed support of the great IPOB.
“I call upon the oppressed and butchered people of Middle Belt to make a similar public declaration in the coming days to finally set the stage for the real #Revolution.
“We are slowly getting there. All oppressed people must be set free from the Zoo cage. History will surely remember this generation.
