IPOB Will Not Face Any Legal Punishment From German Government, Says Scannews 24
The aggrieved members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), NOW or in FUTURE, Home law or Law of country of residence, will not face any known disciplinary consequences/punishment.
In as much we keep scanning to ascertain the authenticity of news making rounds that IPOB members faces no consequences over action displayed in Germany, Scannews 24, can authoritatively say to complement the news, whether rumour or real, that:
The aggrieved members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), NOW or in FUTURE, Home law or Law of country of residence, will not face any known disciplinary consequences/punishment.
REASONS:
• According to the aggrieved group, IPOB, wrote for permission, and it was granted before the display of civil disobedience.
• No physical injury was inflicted on the Senator and no object were recorded at scene of action
• The group, simply carried out rigid, than flexible demonstration, due to accumulated anger following recorded state of insecurity in Nigeria.
• Police officers were present at the scene and did not make any recorded effort/attempt to resist or stop the demonstration, which indirectly made the action substantial and legal. And no police officer was, during or after the action, within or outside scene of attack recorded abuse or attack from the demonstrators.
Regard to the aforementioned, from our legal adviser, we hereby conclude that, members of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, who were spotted in a viral video recorded in Nuremberg, Germany, attacked Senator Ike Ekweremadu, will face no legal punishment or charge (s), whether in home country or country of residence.
