Fear as IPOB prepares for war, released snipers (Video)
The armed wing of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Eastern Security Network said to release a special squad code-named ‘Snipers’.
This is coming at a time the embattled leader and director of Radio Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is being detained for a close two-year at the Department of State Service (DSS) amid a series of orders requesting his release.
The video sighted by Scanned News social desk indicates a number of individuals appear to be undergoing paramilitary training in an undisclosed location.
According to a Facebook client, Chinasa Nworu the special men would be checkmating the criminal activities within Southeast states.
Nworu’s post read, in part: “ESN snipers getting ready for deployment on various locations in Biafraland against the influx of Fulani herdsmen and terrorists coming into Biafraland during the night hours.
The media personnel of the secessionist group noted that Kanu’s freedom fighters are on the course to liberate the people by all means, including war.
it continued: “IPOB / ESN believes that it’s only one decision we Biafrans need to make: is either we’re working for Biafra Freedom or we’re accepting being slaves and in bondage in our own ancestral home.
“It is an unfortunate fact that the only way to secure peace in Biafraland is only by preparing for war since that’s the only way accepted by international communities. Biafraland must be defended, he added.
