Court Orders King Saheed Osupa To Pay NPC Records & Alhaji Tajudeen Bioku




Alhaji Tajudeen Bioku, a U.S.-based media mogul, who was the Executive Producer of Tope Alabi’s award-winning and evergreen album, “Angeli Mi,” and his record label, NPC Records.

Audioworks, have won a lawsuit against the purported King Of Music, King Saheed Osupa. The lawsuit stemmed from a breach of contract and business negligence on the part of King Saheed Osupa during the pendency of a contract he entered with NPC Records.


Audioworks for a music album and ultimately, a comprehensive tour of America with members of his band. The gist has it that King Saheed Osupa took a million naira from Bioku’s record label and started acting funny by dragging his feet and wasting time.

However, the no-nonsense Alhaji Tajudeen who was power behind the most successful gospel album in the history of gospel recordings in Nigeria, “Angeli Mi,” by Evang.


Tope Alabi, jumped into action and launched a multimillion naira lawsuit against the Ayinde Barrister-declared “King of Music,” King Saheed Osupa at the Lagos High Court in Ikeja, Lagos State of Nigeria. The sitting judge, Hon. J.E. Oyefeso (Mrs.) however, found King Saheed Osupa liable and ordered that the famous Fuji crooner pay million naira to both Alhaji Tajudeen Bioku and his record label, NPC Records.Audioworks.


The judge was thusly entered on May 16, 2018 at the Ikeja Judicial Division Court No. 17 Criminal Division Lagos High Court, Ikeja.
