Acording to Vanguard, a depressed housewife known as Omolara Nathaniel was found dead hanging on a ceiling fan hanger, on Monday, in Egbeda area of Lagos State.

The tragic incident, which has caused pains to sympathisers around the vicinity, said to have happened at about 3.00pm at No 5, Adewole Street, Egbeda.
Though details of her death were sketchy at press time
According to eyewitnesses’ account, which said to be sktchy, reported that the mother of one has been suffering from depression for years until she decided to take her life for undisclosed reasons.
The deceased has been undergoing treatment for depression, source told newsmen, which had earlier taken her to her parents until on Monday when she decided to end her own life.
An eye witness who pleaded anonymity said
Source to Vanguard revealed that Omolara and her husband Bola were occupants of a room apartment before she went to join her parents but recently, she decided to come back to her single room apartment to continue medication.
In bid to save her life, the husband, within all efforts, rushed to purchase some medicine for her only to return and met her dangling on the ceiling fan hanger and all effort to revive her proved abortive, Vanguard reports.
Effort to ascertain the cause of her depression, according to report, proved abortive.
Meanwhile, government officials who visited the bereaved family and the scene of the incident had given go ahead for her interment, the report said.
