Sad as Female pilgrim dies during Hajj in Saudi Arabia
National Hajj Commission of Nigeria, NAHCON has confirmed the death of a female pilgrim who was among those airlifted few days ago to Saudi Arabia from Katsina state.
The deceased, who was reportedly died in her sleep, was suspected to have died of myocardial infraction.

Speaking to newsmen, Chairman of NAHCON’s Medical committee to this year’s Hajj, Dr. Ibrahim Kana, said the remains of the pilgrim was moved to the mortuary and prepared for burial arrangement.
The Chairman, also noted that she was medically certified dead by the medical team who moved in after room mates notified them of the development Tuesday morning.
Pilgrims, however, have started performing Umrah (lesser hajj) as part of their religious obligation. Vanguard reports
