BREAKING: Rubert Mugabe Is Dead At 95

The Zimbabwean former president, Robert Mugabe has died 6 September 2019 (aged 95).

The former Zimbabwe president was reportedly died in a Singapore hospital, current president Emmerson Mnangagwa tweeted this morning.

According to gathered report It is believed Mugabe had been receiving treatment there since April.

Mugabe had been at the political frontline of Zimbabwe in 1980 and again in 2017, amid accusations of intimidation and vote rigging.

Following a military coup accusation in 2017 he was relieved of presidential duty.

Nearly four decades after the country’s independence from Britain in 1980, Mugabe was regarded by many as a tyrant, willing to unleash death squads, rig elections and trash the economy in the relentless pursuit of power.

President Mnangagwa this morning tweeted: “It is with the utmost sadness that I announce the passing on of Zimbabwe’s founding father and former President, Cde Robert Mugabe.

Lawyer Fadzayi Mahere tweeted: “Rest In Peace, Robert Mugabe. My response to your passing is complicated. I’m going to write a long piece. However, for now, deepest condolences to his family.”
