BREAKING: Nnamdi Kanu wins at the Federal High Court, Umuahia
The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has secure a victory at the federal high court seat in Umuahai, Abia State in case bordering on Nnnamdi Kanu’s Human Rights.
In a follow up post shared by Chinasa Nworu on the progress of the court seating noted that the IPOB leader secured victory regarding Judge’s decision to his favour.
The presiding Judge whose name is yet to be obtained rejected Federal government’s suit challenging the jurisdiction to hear on fundamental rights issues of Mr Kanu.
The judge further ruled, said the state court has the jurisdiction to decide on the extradition cases.
His statement read: Mazi Nnamdi Kanu wins at Umuahia High Court as judge rejects Nigerian government challenge to its jurisdiction to hear Mazi Nnamdi Kanu fundamental rights issues. Judgements on other issues still in progress.
