Nigerians have reacted over soft glove northern governors use to treat bandits after the destruction of lives and properties.
Amino Bello Masari, the Katsina State Governor, reportedly visited Fulani bandits hideout on Thursday in their Faskari LGA camp Days after Their Leader Visited him in government house.
According to the report, Bello’s eagerness to secure his state pushed him on a begging spree. The State Government is expected to part with money to pacify the bandits.
The gathered report said Bello’s sudden decision to beg the bandits was regard to the failure of security forces to check their criminal activities.
Despite Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari hails from the state but he has not been able to help his State.
Bandits success to had overrun over eights Local Government Areas, kidnapping and killing at will
indicates that Katsina State is one of the insecure states in Nigeria.
Nigerians doubts if the president can not secure his kinsmen of the horrible state of insecurity, how then can he protect Nigerians even as Chief of armed forces.
