BREAKING: Kidnappers abduct two, including chief imam’s son
Some suspected kidnappers reportedly abducted Abdulasis Sanni, the son of the Chief Imam of Ode Omi, a boundary community between Lagos and Ogun waterside.
Sanni had just returned from Saudi Arabia, according to reports, where he studied Arabic.
The assailants shot at two other sons of the imam, as they stole a speedboat reportedly belonging to the Ogun State Police Command, Punch reports.
Two sons on the Imam, Jelili and Bamidele Adams, were also reported to be abducted by thele gunmen.
Accorsing to reports, Jelili, who is a tailor, was sewing clothes for his customers for the Eid-el-Kabir celebration when the assailants arrived and struck the area.
Nigerian Police Force has reportedly deployed some police operatives and currently firing gunshots in a bid to rescue the victims, Punch reports.
