EFCC comes after Rochas, seals off School in Owerri, injured students

The Enugu zonal office of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), on Tuesday, July 23 reportedly restricted about 1,500 students of the Rochas Foundation School in Imo state from gaining access to the school premises.

Rochas foundation, whose students were barred entrance to the school, takes care and Carter for students, who are children of less privileged people in the society both on academic and welfare-wise free of charge.

One of the witnesses told journalists “Several students sustained varied degrees of injuries and are now currently receiving treatment, with a female student on her monthly period reportedly kicked in the stomach,” .

Rochas Foundation has graduated about 3,000 students of the vulnerable in the society, since it’s inception in 1998, and have contributed immensely to the development of the country.

According to Legit.ng, Calls to the media aide of Senator Rochas Okorocha for a reaction were not answered.

The properties include: Dews of Hope Hospital traced to Dr. Paschal Obi, former Principal Secretary to ex-governor Okorocha; Market Square Super Market; All in One Shop; and premises belonging to Imo State Broadcasting Corporation now hosting Rochas Foundation College owned by Senator Okoroacha.

Other properties are: East High Academy and East High College, owned by Okorocha’s daughter, Uloma Okorocha-Nwosu; Royal Spring Palm Hotel and Apartment, a 16 block cum 96 flats and eight bungalow multi-million Naira estate traced to Okorocha’s wife.
