BREAKING: Buhari sends Bello to dialogues with Bandits [video]

Governor of Katsina state, Masari Bello, has delivered a message to Bandits in the state, sent across by President Mohammadu Buhari to accept dialogue.

The Governor said president Buhari, in bid to bringing lasting peace in the state, urged the rampaging bandits to submit their guns and accept the state amnesty.

In a video, shared by Deji Adeyanju, showed the governor with the bandits.
