BREAKING: ESN impersonator arrested in Enugu, confesses (Video)

Community youths in the aegis of Eastern Security Network, ESN reportedly has apprehended a young man within his late twenties who is in the business of unleashing crime and impersonating ESN.

Based on a retrieved clip the culprit who identified himself as Chekwube Ugwuanyi and hails from Aguigbeje of Enugwu Ezeke in Igboeze Local Government Area said he is a businessman – sell food.

Another fleeing accomplice named Chinwe, from Ukwukwa in Isu Local government was confessed to be among the criminal gang.

He was apprehended with a locally made short gun used to steal people’s belongings.

A number of items – Amplifier, smart cellphones, etc were recovered, said to be stolen from Catholic Church in his hometown.

The phones were forcefully taken from over five students.

The students confirmed the crime noting they have faced a lot of challenges in the school.

They further revealed that some individuals disguising themselves as ESN members invaded the school during the examination, ordering them to leave the school premises. But they were overpowered by the students.

This is coming few days after some unknown hoodlums invaded disrupted the examination process and burnt part of an academic building in the state.

Some sections of the media said the attack was carried out by ESN members while enforcing a sit-at-home. IPOB has since denied involvement in the criminal act and promised to fish out those behind the attack. Video
