Nnamdi Kanu’s parents’ burial may have exposed the majority of Nigerians on how security measures can be taken amidst threats and counter-threats.
Surprisingly, no police presence, attack nor embarrassment was recorded during the wake keep to the burial of HRM, Eze and Lolo Okwu Kanu may be due to beefed up security measures in the area.
Drones were captured taking basic surveillance all through the night as guests, groups display several entertainments including cultural dance.
You will recall that there have been recorded counter threats from both Nigeria police and leadership of the Indigenous People of Biafra ahead of burial in Afaraukwu community.
Police had warned IPOB to restrain their members from the burial of their leader’s parents adding that the funeral process be scattered is any member of a group or Jewish worshippers are spotted with Biafra or Jewish flags.
However, no security threat or breach has been recorded at the ongoing ceremony as both IPOB and Jewish faithful were spotted on the ground during night wake keep.
